If your insurance is out of network, we are able to provide you with a super bill to submit to your insurance company and request reimbursement.

Insurance: Session fee is based on your deductible and copay amount.
No Insurance/Out of Network: Individual Session $150
If we are out-of-network for you, we are able to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company and request reimbursement.

A counseling session lasts 50 minutes. Frequency of sessions can range from weekly, biweekly or monthly. Session frequency is tailored to each individual client based off of the counselors recommendation and the clients needs/schedule.

Does my child need play therapy?
Play therapy can be beneficial for children who are struggling with behavioral issues, emotional difficulties, trauma, or various other psychological concerns. A qualified therapist can assess whether play therapy would be beneficial for your child.

Children of all ages can benefit from play therapy, especially those who may have difficulty expressing themselves verbally or who may feel more comfortable communicating through play and creative expression.

Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy is a type of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) that is especially effective for treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), though it’s also helpful for some other anxiety-related conditions.
What is ERP?
ERP works by helping people face the thoughts, images, situations, or urges that make them anxious (exposure), without performing the compulsive behaviors they usually use to try to reduce that anxiety (response prevention).
